Free delivery is applicable only for the first delivery attempt at the provided shipping address.
In the absence of a service lift, our delivery partner will deliver the product only up to the ground floor of the apartment. If delivery to upper floors is requested, additional charges per floor may apply.
Extra charges may be applicable for weekend deliveries or time-specific delivery requests.
If the delivery is unsuccessful, the product will be held at the nearest delivery hub for up to 10 days. After this period, Amazart reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the order as per company policy.
Installation
Installation support is subject to service availability at your delivery pincode.
If the product is Pre-Assembled, no installation is required. The product will be delivered fully assembled and ready to use.
If the product requires Expert Assembly, professional carpenter assistance will be provided by Amazart only in pincodes where this service is available. If carpenter service is not available at your location, the customer will need to arrange local carpenter assistance for installation.
If the product requires Basic Assembly / DIY, minimal assembly is required and can be completed by the customer using simple tools and the installation instructions provided. No expert assistance is required in this case.

The warranty is valid only for furniture used under normal household conditions.
Warranty Does Not Cover
The limited warranty does not apply to the following cases:
• Normal wear and tear due to regular or prolonged use
• Minor cuts, scratches, dents, or damages caused by improper handling, accidents, or incorrect cleaning methods
• Damage resulting from incorrect installation or self-assembly by the customer
• Products that are improperly stored, assembled, installed, used, or cleaned with unsuitable cleaning products
• Upholstery fading or fabric lightening due to prolonged exposure to direct sunlight
• Cracks or damages caused due to relocation or displacement of the product
• Decay or damage to wood caused by continuous exposure to water or moisture
• Natural expansion and contraction of solid wood due to seasonal climate changes
• Visible joint lines, wood grains, or natural characteristics of solid wood, as these are not considered defects
• Seasonal splits or joint openings beyond the warranty period from the date of purchase (for solid wood furniture)
• Upholstery fabrics such as seat covers (no warranty on fabric); warranty applies only to the wooden frame and mechanisms, if any
• Damage caused by non-standard dry-cleaning methods or the use of harsh chemicals
• Unevenness of up to 5 mm, which is acceptable as per industry standards due to floor or surface level variations
