Refund and Return Policy

Welcome to Amazart! We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Return Policy

  • You have 7 Business days from the date you receive your furniture to initiate a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • To start a return, please contact our customer support team at [amazart6@gmail.com/7023124752]. Please include your order number and reason for return.

  • Furniture items that are customized or made to order are not eligible for returns.

Refund Policy

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If the product you received is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund once the issue is verified.
